Hi,
Thank you for booking your holiday at our Snowy Mountains Cottage – Talbingo.
How exciting!..Your holiday at Talbingo is only a few days away.
We like to give you some practical information regarding your stay.
Getting There
=============
The address is: 23 Lampe Street, Talbingo NSW 2720
Talbingo in about 40km from the town of Tumut, NSW
From Tumut’s main street take the Snowy Mountains Hwy (B72) towards Talbingo
37.0 km later turn right onto Murray Jackson Dr for 2.6 Km
Then turn left onto Bridle St then turn right onto Lampe St
Key for the house
=================
The keys for entry to the cottage (Front and back door) are located in a Keys Safe (left hand side of the main door)
Lower the little sliding door on the Keys safe to access the safe combination
The safe combination is: 3074
If you plan to arrive at the cottage after sunset, we recommend that you bring with you a torch to be able to see the Keys Safe numbers to open the safe.
Please remember to return the keys to the Keys Safe at the end of your stay - then roll the safe dials to lock the safe
NOTE: We charge $50 for lost keys or keys not returned to the Keys Safe.
House Rules
===========
A list of a few practical and safety related rules are located just inside the house beside the front door - We encourage you to read these.
Check-in time: After 3:00pm
Check-out time: Strictly 10.00am (we might have another quest staying at the cottage when you leave)
We provide some tea, coffee a small amount of milk and biscuits to enjoy when you arrive.
Blankets, pillows and towels are provided (Extra pillows & blankets can be found in the main bedroom)

NOTE
If you are going to be more than 3 adults – please let us know so we will arrange to have sufficient sheets
OR >>>>>>>Bed sheets and pillow cases are not included (Please bring with you for 2 Queen beds and up to 3 Single beds).
NOTE
We can provide sheets & pillow cases for all beds for the duration of your stay for $20 per bed (one payment for the whole stay) .
Local Services
================
The local convenience shop is only 300m away and is open daily (Mon-Sat:8am-5pm. Sun 8am-4pm)
The Ski Hire shop at Talbingo is located near the convenience store.
The local golf club and Chinese restaurant is only 500m away.
Steak-House & Pizza (Open Thursday to Monday) - 300m away.
